All sales are final so please ensure that items and quantities are correct at time of order. Our facilities are not equipped to handle returns and are not open to the general public.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation from Drywall Canada containing your order details regarding delivery date and approximate time of delivery.

Please review your order to ensure its accuracy.

  

Acceptance of delivery
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery shall be presumed by Drywall Canada to be authorized to receive the materials.

In the case no one is available to sign for your delivery, Drywall Canada will not be held responsible and you will need to contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements, which will include a re-delivery charge.

If the product arrives on the truck damaged or otherwise, do not accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service Department at 416-346-3611 IMMEDIATELY PLEASE.
